If you are running more than 15mins late you may be asked to reschedule depending on our availability.
Cancelation Policy
Appointments should be confirmed a day prior. If you are running more than 15mins late, you may be asked to rebook depending on availability. If you cancel or arrive 15 mins or more late, twice in a row , you will be required to pay online for the whole cost of the service if you wish to rebook. Certain services of a certain value require an online down-payment to create the booking.
